Shipping policy
Shipping Address Requirements
Please do not use a PO Box address. We ship exclusively via UPS and FedEx, and all orders must be delivered to a physical street address.
Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping address is correct at checkout. River Chic Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a carrier is unable to deliver an order due to their policies, access restrictions, or issues related to your location, this is the customer’s responsibility, not that of River Chic Designs.
Processing & Shipping Times
Candle Orders
Please kindly understand that ALL of our candles are hand-poured and made-to-order. We begin pouring your candle after your order is placed, and we are working as fast as possible, nonstop, to fulfill orders.
Because our candles are made specifically for each customer, candle orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Due to extremely high demand and the volume of candle orders we receive daily, please allow up to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for candle order processing before shipment.
Home Décor Orders
Our home décor items are packaged and shipped in the order received. Due to high order volume, please allow up to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for processing before shipment.
Once shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the UPS or FedEx websites.
Third-Party Fulfillment & Product Availability
Some of our items are fulfilled by trusted third-party manufacturers. On occasion, a product may experience delays, become unavailable, or be discontinued after an order has been placed. While we do our best to stay updated, these changes may occur with limited or no notice from the supplier.
By placing an order, you understand that product availability may change from time to time. We appreciate your understanding, as River Chic Designs cannot be responsible for supplier-related delays or discontinuations, but we will always do our best to communicate any updates promptly and work toward the best possible resolution.
