Our Shipping Info
Processing and Shipping Times:
Please kindly understand that all of our candles are handmade & made-to-order. (Our candles are made when a customer orders.) Our candles are NOT mass produced.
We are currently processing and shipping some orders up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. (MONDAY - FRIDAY) due to a large volume of orders.
Summer policy - Candles are not shipping on Fridays due to candles may be held by UPS in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend. We will only be shipping candles Monday thru Thursday until further notice. If your order is at day 10 and falls on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday. We are doing this to ensure you receive your candle in a beautiful condition.
You will receive an email and/or text to the phone number/email address provided at checkout with your shipping information as soon as your order has been completed, packaged, and ready to ship!
Note: Please add 3-7 business days for First Class, 2-4 business day for priority mail. The shipping time given at the checkout does not include our processing time.
Any orders that receive free shipping can only be mailed to one address. We are unable to split up an order and send to different addresses at this time.
* If you receive free shipping and return items from your order - and it fall's below the $100 "free shipping" threshold - we will need to charge you for the original shipping fee.
River Chic Designs is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, incorrect destination information, or is refused at time of delivery. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If a package is "return to sender" for any reason, these shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
If you made an error or there has ben some mistake or error regarding delivery, please contact us so we can do our best to make sure you have a good experience.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
