Processing and Shipping Times:
Please kindly understand that all of our candles are handmade & made-to-order. (Our candles are made when a customer orders.)
Due to the recent very high demand and amount of holiday orders we are receiving, we are currently processing and shipping candle orders up to 16 BUSINESS DAYS for some orders. (MONDAY - FRIDAY).
You will receive an email and/or text to the phone number/email address provided at checkout with your shipping information as soon as your order has been completed, packaged, and ready to ship!
Note: Please add 3-7 business days for First Class, 2-4 business day for priority mail. The shipping time given at the checkout does not include our processing time.
Any orders that receive free shipping can only be mailed to one address. We are unable to split up an order and send to different addresses at this time.
* If you receive free shipping and return items from your order - and it fall's below the $75 "free shipping" threshold - we will need to charge you for the original shipping fee.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
