Processing and Shipping Times:
Please kindly understand that all of our candles are handmade & made-to-order. (Our candles are made when a customer orders.)
Due to the recent very high demand and amount of orders we are receiving, we are currently processing and shipping candle orders 8 to 12 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY - FRIDAY).
You will receive an email and/or text to the phone number/email address provided at checkout with your shipping information as soon as your order has been completed, packaged, and ready to ship!
Note: Please add 3-7 business days for First Class, 2-4 business day for priority mail. The shipping time given at the checkout does not include our processing time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
